LOFIMECH uses Shopify technology to host and operate portions of the Services.
However, purchases made through the LOFIMECH store are transactions directly between you and LOFIMECH.
Shopify is not the seller of LOFIMECH products and is not responsible for fulfilling our orders, resolving product-related matters, or performing obligations owed by LOFIMECH to customers.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for injury, loss, claims, or damages arising from products or services purchased directly from LOFIMECH.
